Oksana Ferchuk took over the ministry that built Diia, Ukraine’s government-services app, and the Brave1 defense-tech accelerator. In an interview with Independence Avenue Media editor-in-chief Ia Meurmishvili in Kyiv, she explains how thousands of Ukrainian companies sell directly to brigades, how the front line’s video feedback drives four-to-six-week upgrade cycles, and why she calls the result a market rather than chaos.
