“Mr. Nobody Against Putin” is a documentary about Russian war propaganda nominated for an Oscar for best documentary film this year. Its American director David Borenstein discusses with Independent Avenue Media how the movie was secretly filmed in a Russian school after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, as well as why he sees Russia’s future as very bleak.
