Jamie Fly is the Chief Executive Officer of Freedom House. He previously served as president and CEO of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty and as a senior counselor at Palantir Technologies, where he supported efforts to defend Ukrainian democracy following Russia’s full-scale invasion.

Fly has held senior roles at the German Marshall Fund, served as counselor for foreign and national security affairs to Senator Marco Rubio, and worked in the George W. Bush administration at the National Security Council and the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

His work has focused on democracy promotion, countering authoritarian influence, and strengthening transatlantic security. He has been recognized for his work advancing human rights and public service, and holds degrees from Georgetown University and American University.
