Zorislav Baydyuk is the Ukrainian Service managing editor at Independence Avenue Media. He previously was a supervising editor for Voice of America’s Ukrainian Service in Washington, where he mentored journalists. Born in Kyiv, he worked for the independent news program “Vikna,” which helped shape the country’s early modern news culture.
