Over 3 million people in Ukraine live with disabilities, and the number is rising due to the full-scale war. Yet just over 15% are officially employed. One place offering opportunities is the inclusive bakery, Good People, founded in 2017 as a social initiative for people with intellectual disabilities. Today, more than 50 employees are involved in all stages of work, from baking to daily operations. Since the full-scale Russian invasion, it has also become a volunteer hub. Anna Zinevych reports.
